After reading a Dane Cooks blog entry ripping his new movie's poster, I was compelled to pick out some horribly photoshopped posters of 08 and bitch about them.
Where are those two dudes looking?! And doesn't Colin Firth's arm look a little short... just a little.
Simon Pegg donated part of his neck to charity for this movie.
Ice Cube's fro is so perfectly feathered and round, its inspiring.
Since when did Val Kilmer look like Jeff Bridges?
Paul brought this one to my attention. I think this poster really represents the movie. Its a Sci-Fi action picture about how women exchange heads and are on a frantic search for the melanin that escaped their skin.
There are 4 girls in this poster, but some how its comprised from 47 photo shoots.
Remember when Eva Longoria was Mexican... and had bones?
Besides the obvious terrible photoshopping, I think what disturbs me most about this poster, is Tori Spelling... and the fact that she is in a movie.
I think Dane said it best "It looks like I'm wearing Maybelline Water Shine Diamonds Liquid Lipstick. My characters name is now Winter Solstice and I'm a hooker with a heart of gold. Jason is my floral carrying pimp, while Kate is my first trick!"
*Edit* I just noticed that the first few posters all use black and red (boring as shit) typography and are on white. And two of the others use black and a color from the red family. Hmmm. Conspiracy?

Some of my illustrations were accepted into a local art show in my neighborhood, titled "The Artist's Mythology". The opening reception was July 30th, with the show continuing until August 27th. I'd like to thank my family and friends who were able to attend the festivities. Next show I'm in, I'll make sure to post the details ahead of time. It's been a hectic past few weeks for me, in a nutshell.
If you are in area, you should check out all the wonderful pieces in the show: Park Avenue Bar and Grill
